4. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Accepted methods: SSLCommerz, Bank Transfer, Mobile Banking.
• Development projects require advance payment.
• Hosting & maintenance require full upfront payment.

5. Subscription & Renewal

• Renewals must be completed before expiration.
• We are not responsible for data loss due to non-renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership is transferred after full payment.
• Server-side scripts remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
